How to order
ONLINE
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click
on 'order' to add products to your shopping list. You can
view and amend your order at any time by clicking on review
order. When you are finished, click on Secure
Checkout and fill in the order form with your delivery
and payment information.

If you wish to order by phone, simply call us on

Please write down all your order information and have your credit
or debit card ready when you call.
BY POST
Post your order to us addressing your envelope to:

Cheques should be made payable to HML. Please write
your name, address and cheque card number on the back. Please
remember to add our Postage and Packing charge.

Alternatively you can fax your order to us on 0871 871 2695 anytime.
If sending a post or fax order, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your address, including postcode (billing address)
- Delivery address (if different from your billing address)
- Daytime telephone number and/or e-mail address
- Product name
- Product number
- Size (if applicable)
- Quantity
- Payment Info: (If paying by credit card):
- Card Number
- Name on card
- Type of card (Visa or Master)
- Valid from date
- Expiry date
- Please remember to add your signature
- Please remember to add our Postage and Packing charge.
We accept Visa and Access/MasterCard. We
are unable to accept Switch/Solo and Delta cards, money orders or cash. All prices are in UK Pound
Sterling and your order total will be in UK Pound Sterling.
How to shop
Once you are on the site, use the navigation bars on the left and
at the top of your screen to move through it.
If you have a copy of our printed brochure or know what type of item
you are looking for, the easiest and fastest way to use our website
is to click the search facility you require in the left navigation
bar or to click one of the magazine issues or discount links.
- Enter a product code and click the Prod.Code
or a word (such as garden, health, etc.) and click the Text . This will present you with the item you are looking for,
or a list of items where more than one product matches your search.
- Choose the item that you would like more information about by clicking on the
the product picture or the product description. This will bring
up the main page for that product, showing detailed product information
and ‘Order’ buttons.
- Select the product you want to order. If it differs from the default one and quality
(if applicable) change the option.
- Add the item to your order by clicking 'Order'. This will show you your basket
- Repeat to find and select further products.
- You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on the 'View
Order' button in the top navigation bar.
- Once you have finished shopping, click 'Review Order' at the top of your
screen. Look closely at your order to make sure it is accurate
and complete. Delete items by clicking 'Remove', or add more items
by clicking 'Continue shopping'. To change the quantity of any item,
remove it & go back to the product screen, where you can make
the appropriate selection changes.
- Click on 'Secure Checkout' to bring up the secure order form.
- Returning customers who saved their profile enter their e-mail address and password
and click 'Retrieve my information'.
- Enter or update your customer information.
- Tick the delivery address box if required and enter the delivery information.
- Select payment method.
- Returning customers have now the option to tick 'update my profile'.
The not returning customer has the option to save by ticking 'save my profile' and enter a password twice.
- Tick 'Next'.
- Final Checkout shows your order number. You can now click 'Form to print' or wait 5 seconds and a new window will be opened with a printable orderform.
Security
Security of your order information is of the highest priority.
We use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to guarantee
all your personal information, including name, address and credit
card details are encrypted. This ensures your credit card details
remain scrambled whenever they pass over the web.
You can verify the security of your connection to the checkout page
by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection
is secure, you will see a closed lock. We are confident that online
ordering is totally secure.
Delivery
Please allow 14-28 days for delivery. Multiple orders may arrive separately and personalised goods may take a little longer.
Delivery to UK only.
Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return to us within 15 days.
We will refund your money in full. Refund will be exclusive of postage and packing.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
All orders are dispatched promptly but please notify us if your order has not been recieved within 28 days.
