Most security /welcome lights need to be hard-wired in a fixed position. The important benefit of this solar powered, security light is that it can be used anywhere.

You can use it for security (it has a motion sensor) or to illuminate any outdoor (or indoor) area. So with the light switched to ‘AUTO' it acts as a portable security or welcome light wherever you want it. Switch it ‘ON' and use it for camping, fishing, in the garden-shed or for emergency use. The LED light is equivalent to a 60W standard light bulb and has a life of around 100,000 hours. A fully solar-charged battery will provide approx. 7 hours of continuous lighting or about two weeks in Auto sensor mode. The motionsensor detection radius is a fan-shaped arc approx. 26.6 ft (8m) projection by 26ft (8m) wide. Three-way switch – ON, Automatic, OFF
